Reneé H. Reynolds is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Department of Public & Applied Humanities at the University of Arizona. Her teaching and research interests include applied humanities, health humanities, fan studies, and the design of engaging and accessible learning experiences. She has played a central role in developing the department’s fully online curriculum, designing courses that emphasize connection, reflection, applied learning, and opportunities for students to relate humanistic perspectives to their academic, professional, and everyday lives. Her work in online education is particularly interested in how intentional course design can create meaningful learning communities and support students across different learning environments.
